1 Acceptance of Terms

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by fe88 may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of your account.

3 Account Registration

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered fe88 account. The creation or use of duplicate accounts — whether using the same identity, different identity documents, shared devices, shared payment methods, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended and balances forfeited.

When registering your fe88 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, email address, and phone number.
• Update your account information promptly if any details change.
• Keep your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify fe88 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to or use of your account.

fe88 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — including all bets placed and all transactions made — will be deemed to have been carried out by you and will be your sole responsibility.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

fe88 operates a Pakistani Rupee (PKR) cashier. All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings are denominated in PKR. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposit and withdrawal:

5 Bonuses & Promotions

fe88 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general conditions set out below.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all fe88 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to verified, eligible players aged 21 years and above only.
• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets, casino game sessions, and any other wagering activity on fe88 are governed by the game-specific and sport-specific rules published on the platform, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between sport-specific or game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the sport-specific or game-specific rules shall prevail for matters relating directly to that activity.

• Bet Placement: A bet is confirmed only once fe88 has accepted it and issued a confirmation. Bets that have not received confirmation — including those not processed due to connectivity issues — are not valid and will not be honoured.
• Bet Settlement: fe88 settles all bets in accordance with the official result as reported by the relevant governing body or official data provider. In the event of a dispute regarding a result, fe88's decision is final.
• Obvious Errors: fe88 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error, whether due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed issue. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's account.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to availability and may be suspended at any time at fe88's discretion. Bets placed after an in-play event has concluded — even if accepted due to a system delay — will be voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum Winnings: fe88 applies maximum payout limits per bet, per event, and per day. These limits are communicated within the platform and may be updated from time to time.

7 Prohibited Conduct

11 Limitation of Liability

fe88 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance and emergency downtime may occur and will be communicated where reasonably practicable.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

fe88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Detection of duplicate account usage.
• Reasonable suspicion that an account is being used by a person under the age of 21.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fe88 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus funds. Real-money balances will be returned to the player via the original deposit method after any outstanding investigations are concluded, unless the funds are subject to a legal hold or forfeiture requirement.
